And with the old Quinn, you don't see a second Valor appearing whenever you use R, and then recall. Could be a specific issue with her Phoenix skin, but I doubt it.

You can't distinguish garbage and niece? Valor was a amazing chase/escape and sometimes assassinate tool if used correctly. Now you can fly out of ganks with style?nope U can escape before ur shitty channeling is canceled?yes but its not reliable.

niche* to be a niche champion you have to have a lane that you really, really excel at. Quinn really only had top and it was kinda cheesy and bad unless you both hard counter your lane opponent and win another lane with roams. Basically, she had to work harder than a lot of other champions to do the same thing as them, so, garbage.

Old Quinn wasn't even functional as a champ. She basically lacked two spells of which one was her ultimate and, with how clunky it was, a passive. Being Valor was cool but that's about it.
