what about him
He's a hulking amalgamation of absorbed flesh carved into a grim likeness of an ancient ascended war god, who drains the very life from his enemies to one day stoke the fires of armageddon in the hopes that someone will truly kill him and end his cursed existence.
That said, there are probably too many outside sources of sustain that stack with Aatrox's own.
