Which kinda Match-Making would you prefer?

#An MMR base off how how much win/loss you have?

Basically the current system Riot is using right now kinda. They use your previous Ranked from last Season or a couple Season depending if you have play the game or not and boost your own MMR depending how on much you have win/loss.

The issue with this Match Making is it cause so much more unbalance game for players, mentioning smurf and actual bad players combine.

Examples: Let's say you started off Iron in placement, but you have some MOBA experience already compare to actual new MOBA players, getting your Win/Loss record up isn't that hard, and you'll eventually find yourself easily above 60% WR at this point until you reach your actual ELO you belong in, but what this cause is, you might be having too much of an easy game in the bottom Ranked but your MMR is saying you should be queue with Higher skill Players but in reality you were just easily stacking them W/L against really bad ELO which is not hard to do at all. And then when you get put into a higher MMR game, you do horribly bad and ruin it for the players there and cause a huge different in skill player base.

Like I get it, Riot want to put these Players into their correct ELO they belong in but this cause so much Players to be in the wrong ELO they don't belong in rather than trying to put them in the right ELO.

#A Match Making base off of Players' Ranked, rather than Win/Loss

This Match Making queue you with people around your actual Ranked rather than how much you have Win/Loss. We all know some players can have bad games, mostly alot of bad games and only few can have alot of good games. Even for players who are sitting at 40-50% are consider to be bad at the game already rather than saying they're in the right ELO they belong in. Usually 60% means you are in the right ELO moreover than 50% because RiotGames at this point is considering your amount of Coinflip.

Examples: As long as you can maintain your own Ranked, you will stay in queue with Players in that Ranked ELO no matter how much Win/Loss you have. This will help avoid lower Ranked players with high Win/Loss ratio to be queue into your game especially if they're not really in your skill level by getting alot of easy win at their current ELO.

**The reason I believe that these lower Ranked players with high win/loss ratio shouldn't be able to skip Ranked Match Making is because they already have alot of advantages to climb. (Skipping Tier Ranked Iron-Gold) (Earning 30+ LP per win) ** Shouldn't this be enough to help them climb on their own if they are actually good? Rather than forcing a huge coinflip by placing them into a higher elo they might or not belong in to create a huge unbalance match making for other players?

Because in Season 9 RiotGames have F Up by basically giving everyone a free ELO tier climb during the huge placement Match LP gain and Ranked Skipping. All the Diamond players became Master+ Players. All the Plat became Diamond etc

So in Season 10, they try to fix this mistake by making Placement matches LP gain a little less than Season 9 and putting players into 2 tier placement behind their current Previous ranked to start of their climb.
