You should uninstall. Today.

This game was fun but the direction the game is headed in is not a good one. It hasn't been headed in a good direction for a while now and it's beyond the point where they can redeem themselves. I come on here every so often and there is always something that Riot is doing or recently did that pisses off the player base. This is the definition of an abusive relationship. Just leave. Don't let Riot gaslight you into thinking you need to stick around because you don't.

Despite the title of this thread, this is not a complaint thread. I am doing really well for myself. Within the past year I left my old job, got a new job, got promoted at that new job, got a girl friend, moved into a larger apartment, went on a two week long summer cruise and bought myself a new car. Life is really good. And the catalyst was uninstalling this game. I had more time to work with, I accomplished a bunch of things I had been putting off in favor of playing this game and just the satisfaction of completing the little things led me to make positive changes in my life and I am really glad that I did. You could be just as successful if you make the decision to leave rather than putting it off and letting Riot steal away more of your time and money.
