anyone found permanent fix for laggy draft screen?

I'm having to do a full repair every day or two because when i join a ranked or draft game it gets progressively more unresponsive. I just got dropped for failure to select a hero because i was unable to select anything from the delay (i clicked top and selected a hero to show, and that took me until 2 seconds left in pre-show hero, but it didn't go through and instead banned him-but it didn't show it as banned until 5 seconds left in my hero select, but wouldn't let me lock in another pick before i was kicked). 5-10 seconds is bearable, but when it's 1 minute or longer before i can make selections because the client keeps becoming unresponsive it's too much. The full repair can last for a day or 5-10 ranked games (if i'm on a binge) but i've had to do over a dozen full repairs now and wondered if anyone found a long-term fix
