So, when I lose my games in promo and re-enter promos we are supposed to get a free win into them. Where tf is my free win in promos after re-entering? Am I missing something here... Not only have I been unfairly losing lp from people trolling (legit - jg refuses to jg and picks vayne adc when everyone already had their roles) but also people going afk after 5 mins... now I don't even get that free win for re-entering promos? RIOT PLEASE HELP ME!

The free win is only for Gold and below.

I don't like Promos. Riot said they wanted for Solo Queue players to "Experience what teams feel during Best Of Series", which I always thought to be dumb, cause those teams spend months training and playing together for a unique goal, while promos just put random people into games and it just feels wrong. Dunno, I've never been a fan of promos.
