As an Adc main, i'm willing to give this a shot before I start to have a conniption. Maybe with this the level 6 jinx can't completely take all my plates in the time it takes me to walk back to lane. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

im fine with this. fixes the melee vs ranged top matchup a bit, isnt overdoing it on making ranged champs unable to take towers, and compensates us with gold.

Why not?? This change screams "Slow down the game" which I just love. Scruffy has been undoing a lot of the "GOTTA GO FAST" meta that was being forced in 2018 and 2019. How much of that was Meddler or him last year I'm glad he's now slowing down the game.

Honestly just makes top lane even worse. Now I'm completely strapped to defending my top tower for the first 14 minutes. Huge buff to first herald though. And if your team does play around top lane and "releases" you early by helping you take the tower it will definitely increase top impact. But I don't really think this effects soloque. 99% of the time I'm a winning top laner unable to take the enemy tier 1 because I'm melee. So it just sits at 20% HP while my ally team thumbs their nose in mid lane staring across at the enemy team doing nothing. I can't even leave my lane and rotate bot because then the losing top laner takes my tower because my gigastuck teammates don't want to rotate.
