what do you do when your engager engages?

situation:

your a laner. your jungler/mid laner is an engager with CC and no escape.

you ping for your jungler/mid laner. they come. its a perfect setup.
enemy is past mid point closer to OUR tower than their own. enemy is chunked to 1/2 life before JG/mid laner engager gets there, and their summoners are on cooldown. you have 90%+ health your teammate sets up in gank bush with 90% + health waits for your ability cooldowns pings you their going in. they engage, and cc the enemy

now. situation is this: if enemy does not die, your jungler/mid laner will die (even if they went into this with full health, they just have no escape and enemy is strong enough to kill them)

do you: a) take advantage of this situation YOU CALLED FOR, and kill enemy b) run to your tower and back, letting your engager die c) farm minions, letting your engager die

please. if your the (b) or (c) player, just stop doing this. this is griefing your own team. this is like, 100 times a day a problem. worse more, when after its done, you go flame the engager for their death and feeding the enemy. cause thats not on them. thats on YOU. they picked good timing. they responded to your call. they trusted you to follow through on the 2v1.

do mistakes happen? yea. but im seeing players that do this repeatedly throughout the same match all game. just. stop.

(yes this post is made in frustration. sorry. just really sick of this happening 100 times a day)
