dont remove anything from yasuo, instead lets add ANOTHER PASSIVE to fix him!

how about we fix yasuo by adding this passive

PASSIVE: Double Edged Sword: for every kill or assist yasuo gets, each members of his team (including him) is given a stack of "Double Edged Sword". Max 42 stacks. Each stack will reduce all damage dealt to enemy champions by 1.2%.

Is Yasuo getting nerfed or something? I suddenly see multiple angry Yasuo threads........but can't find any news story about him being nerfed or changed!?
