Guardian's angel only works once every 5 minutes, and Zed's ult is up every 50 seconds. Why would you make the game impossible to play for an entire role because of just 1 fucking ability? Literally, Zed's ult is pretty much a fuck you to an entire role......
Position, basically. You have to rely on peel from a teammate, since it's actually pretty easy to cc him when he lands from his ult since he'll always go to the same place.
You dodge his abilities or prepare for CC because Zed Ultimate will always land him in a fixed position which is behind his target.

I play a lot of mages/enchanters, so I understand the pain that Zed can bring.
That's why he gets 90% of my bans. His normal pressure is not hard to deal with, it's just annoying that his ult requires specific counter-play and it's almost a necessity.
Communicate with your team. Let them know the Zed is going to be gunning for you every team fight, because he will if you're a squishy hero, and if your team is decent, they'll play around that.
So, it really just boils down to accepting that he's going to rush you every team fight, you have the proper items, and your team is aware of what's going on and helps you counter him.
Stupid Zed ulti in and misses all of his shurikens and only lands his E and 2 AAs that you can't dodge in melee range, and he uses his free escape to tab out, and I die because reasons.

because you have to buy that 1 item that counters that champion when the game will be decided with it
i bought zhonya to fight zed only when the game was about to be decided by killing zed once before that it wouldn't have stopped him from killing me so i saw no point so i focused on not giving him free access to me instead if he wanted to kill me he would have had to kill himself
and trading a side lane champion for the main carry is a one hell of a good trade
buy GA/zhonya/stopwatch only when it is going to decide something the effects are meaningless if you are looking at them from the side
Stopwatch before your GA guarantees you two before CD
Otherwise you desperately need a tank/enchanter. Zed either has to be cc'd before he can combo with ult or you need to shield/heal the fuck out of the target of the ult.
Edge of night and cry when you don't nail it.
