Is Elo hell really this bad?

Appearently I've been suspended until March 12, due to severe violation of LoL Terms of Use... But it didn't tell what the hell i violated, it just gave me the Terms of Use. I'm not looking through the entire Terms of Use to try and figure out which one I violated, why don't you just tell me what I did? Was it too many reports?? Is Bronze 5 this bad where when my team reports me because they think I lost us the game, and it happens so much that it actually got me suspended? I'd like to know what the real reason is, cuz it seems a little harsh to suspend someone when literally every other bronzie in rank 5 hits the report button after game.
