Is Elo hell really this bad?

Appearently I've been suspended until March 12, due to severe violation of LoL Terms of Use... But it didn't tell what the hell i violated, it just gave me the Terms of Use. I'm not looking through the entire Terms of Use to try and figure out which one I violated, why don't you just tell me what I did? Was it too many reports?? Is Bronze 5 this bad where when my team reports me because they think I lost us the game, and it happens so much that it actually got me suspended? I'd like to know what the real reason is, cuz it seems a little harsh to suspend someone when literally every other bronzie in rank 5 hits the report button after game.

Elo hell is in every elo not just bronze. You probably got banned for belittling teammates.

That's not it, If I rage, it's either at riot's champions, or the enemy team. Never at teammates

ELO Hell is a mindset, not a rank.

But submit a support ticket if you wish to know the details of why you were suspended... my suspicion is some form of severe toxicity.... but I don't know you well enough to say for sure.

Maybe that's it. I need to stop using the word gay, I didn't think riot took it that srs. when you got people dropping the f-bomb and bitching at each other every single game, I didn't think gay would be a step above cursing like a sailor on the taboo list.
