Upcoming Runes

Before I began I just want to say the runes, in general, don't seem too bad (on the page anyway) but minor things that might hurt certain champs need to be addressed.

In the upcoming rune system, there is a common theme of an effect called "adaptive" which gives you ad/ap based on the damage you deal. This is good on most champs in the game however it would be weak and even worthless on champs like Corki who scales better with ad than ap but does almost all magic. My proposal is to change the adaptive idea to make it so you can choose which stat you get at the beginning in a game (for example).Another alternative is to give a different set of rune effects that don't give adaptive.Like i said almost all runes sound fun and I'm excited for the new season but small things like a Corki getting ap over the better stat seems a bit silly.
