Why can people hog the ranked ladder?

I mean there are multiple people who make new accoutns to get into challenger with them and remake new accounts for good winrate/climbing fast

and they hog the ladder for other players.

I may be the minority in this, but I think it would be a lot more fun, if there was no smurfing, because I get quite a few in my games all the time... not that I play terrible or worse than them, but if I am in their game, then I should be in their real mmr lol... w/e just a rant :P

I miss when challenger was only 50 slots and Wildturtle was 20 of them. If he qued on 10 different computers there was a very good chance he could play against himself

strangely enaugh, even if you clearly see any high elo player clearly playing on another account than their main and its recorded on video, riot will not punish them at all even tho it makes the game unfair for the players, while boosting an account will get that account banned because "it make the game unfair for the players" i dont know why they arent making sure people can only have 1 account but they should since many player use second account to either

play in lower elo game for free win (ruining the game for all other player in said elo) or to avoid the consequences of being banned for inting/afk/negative attitude,

you can see way too many people you insult everyone, run it down mid and lose you the game intentionally. later saying on "idc if you report me, its not my main account" people use secondary account a lot to not deal with consequences and have fun at the detriment of other player, which should not happen
