Do rioters/the program used actually read the post-game as well as the chatlogs from the games themself? This has been something that i've not heard anyone ask before. People have been toxic af post-game and not gotten banned over it, so i'd assume not?

They do, but I'm not entirely sure on whether or not you have to specify it was in pre/post game chat, or it reviews those automatically.

They are currently testing pre/post game chat checks in OCE. If everything goes correctly, I would imagine it'll move to other regions soon after. For right now, if the toxicity is in pre or post game chat, just leave a comment about it in the notes section in the report window
