saw repetoirs post on twitter about which runes or item feels weak or needs something

I couldnt answer in twitter since no aco%%%% but

my answer to this is

Item: turrets arent that strong right now and with tanks available to just simply tank a turret it sort of contradicts the item since ohmwrecker is a tanky based item

My personal opinion would be why not turn it into a support item that can be used to enhance turrets such as turn it into a powerful turret that fires a lazer instead or clear waves of minions around it.. would be an amazing anti siege tool

it could be a more of an option to be used ofr tanks outside of resolve such as casting ult sends out a shockwave slowing nearby enemies or addint it to boots like predator turning it into an active slowing nearby units etc
