DreadKnight Garen Skin redeeming tutorial

To everyone making thread about Dreadknight skin redeeming( Or Unchained Alistar and Riot Girl Tristana for instance), there is a few step you need to do to get your free skin/champion and it goes as :

1. Access to League of Legends Support website : https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us
2. Click on ''Submit a request''
3. Choose in the list ''I am having techical issues''
4. Log In with your account information
5. In subject, Write this ''Dreadknight Skin Redeeming'' ( Replace for Unchained Alistar/ Riot Girl Tristana for said skins)
6. In description you can copy and paste said text '' Hey i've tried to redeem Dreadknight Garen from the link on Tweeter but it's currently not working, could you guys redeem the skin for me please ?'' ( Youtube instead of Tweeter for Alistar, and Facebook for Riot Girl Tristana)
7. Add all your account information, as well as your internet service, computer windows( Mine for instance is Windows 7)
8. For the Question ''Where are you experiencing your issue ?'' Choose '' In-Game''
9. For the question '' What type of technical issue are you experiencing ?'' Choose ''Bug Report''
10. Press Submit and wait arround maximum 24h and Dreadknight Garen will be added to your account ( Unchained Alistar take only a few minutes because it's answered by Blitz-Bot, Dreadknight Garen and Riot Girl Tristana need to be taken care by actual Rioter service)
