The Vocal Leblan mains and the Vocal AP "assassins are Trash now WTF RITO WTF. REVERT FIZZ AND LEBLANC" Turns out a lot of players don't know or care what's good for the game, they just like what's good for them.
I doubt this is what they did but I wish riot decided revert leb, let her be a nightmare for a bit, then point out hey we changed this shit for a reason then bring her back into line or rework her again. Odds are they where just trying to be considerate to assassin players with the rango leb reverts.
LeBlanc was reworked for that reason but now riot decided to revert her... Just bring back the old balance team that gutted champions that were bullshit to play against

LeBlanc 
is an extremely and more than fair champion. She gives plenty of time to dodge her telegraphed skills and has a lot of weaknesses.
That's a bit aggressive
At least now she can't clear a minion wave in two spell casts and has damage on E backloaded.
I'd rather this version's damage nerfed to an even state than any "strong" version of her where she has to wait for four years to do anything at all.
The problem is that her rework was just as much of a pain in the ass to play against (for different reasons) and way less satisfying to play. Same reasoning behind the other partial reverts, they solved none of the original problems, introduced additional problems and felt like shit to play
