Ezreal was completely gutted again AND they still nerf klepto. He wasn't even half the problem gangplank is.
He was the fourth best performing adc in pre season.
Vayne busted over a year. Tristana, twitch and kog for over two.
Ezreal didn't last a pre season, like every single year.
The W rework they promised is MIA. He needs a mini rework to stop the abuse cycle.
