I've decided to just pick Ryze or Nunu if a teammate bans my hover

I'll try my best, but I'll also go in knowing it's probably a loss. Can't get banned for an off-meta pick, amirite?

If you pick something knowing and expecting it to be a loss then you are at the very least breaking the spirit of the rules, and possibly still also the actual rules themselves.

There's nothing wrong with picking what you want (within reason and with the intention of playing in the role you were assigned) and ignoring what teammates demand of you when they ban your intended pick. But intentionally picking something that you think will result in losing the game... that's punishable. Even if you have every intention of trying your best in the game.

What's wrong with Nunu? I love playing him full AP top/mid.

I only do this if I'm bot lane and the other role bans my champ. I'm a support main and it used to be a lot of "nah, I don't like him, pick sona"

And i'd pick Ez and steal their CS. Don't come in my house.

Picking something that is not something you want to play, but in retaliation to the ban, just gives the troll what he wants. To tilt you before the game even starts.

He wins, you loose.

I play mostly adc lulu

One time, an ally banned lulu, so I went AD ahri instead. We actually almost won that game.
