Rework old champions that have outdated abilities and can't survive in the current meta.
You're reworking champions like 
and 
who already had somewhat viable kits with dashes and non-outdated abilities
Here are a few champions that need and deserve a rework.
Hopefully at least 1 or 2 of these champs get a rework in the next few months
Viable=/=Healthy.
Akali's kit was viable, sure, but it was a binary statcheck that felt like ass pre-6 for Akali and felt like shit for the enemy team post-6.
Irelia was much the same issue. There was nothing to miss, and you got punished for winning a trade against her because the next one would give her a stun right off the bat.
The ones you listed are all in need of a rework, yes. But they're, for the most part, not seen. Irelia and Akali had decent pickrates and winrates, so that meant they needed attention sooner so that the average bullshit per match went down.

i remember when amumu jungle was every game because his ult was so game winning and his ganks were so strong, but these days theres so many game winning ults you dont see him as much, however his current state is fine imo hes still very viable ;D
