Thoughts on Klepto Viktor Top

So I'm noticing a lot more of Kleptomancy Viktor Top, it was played in worlds, and now it's becoming common. I played two games of it, and oof.. Both times I just took control of the game. It feels absolutely disgusting, fun to play, but annoying to play against. What I'm getting at is, I think it needs a slight nerf. Keyword being SLIGHT RIOT. Don't nerf it to the ground like everything else you tend to nerf. My suggestion would be increase the cooldown on the Q, the amount of chase potential from Q and IBG is ridiculous tbh. Does anyone else agree? Maybe other suggestions?
