How About we Remove Stopwatch and do this.

So how about we remove and put the active on , while increasing the cost to 1600. Gets rid of a random tank, bruiser or ADC from living because they took the Perfect Timing rune. Overall this rune (and item really) was poor design.

can go back to being + Can be + + (Let's be honest, bruisers could use some love right now and this might even be old GA build path? I don't remember) Can be + + (Add the hp from Giants belt, keep the active ability and make gold cost become 2800) LUL I realized I put crit cloak. I meant Negatron.

Thoughts or opinions? I realize people are gonna get pissy and tell me to go fuck myself with these suggestions, but honestly I feel like they're pretty fair.

Issue here is that far too many asssassins only have the counterplay of someone pressing stopwatch/zhonya in their face so until a rework goes through Zhonya cannot be justly removed.

And the rune perfect timing? Dude its a free stopwatch.....12 minutes into the game? How much free/invisible power do the assassins get from items like item 3179 in addition to the actually visible stats?

How do you put a price on vision control?

Old GA build was Negatron+chainmail if i am not mistaken, it was a item that was the best on tanks.

Stoneplate needs absolutely no buffs, it´s a mid/lategame tank item and it´s actually bonkers on those who can use it well.

4000 health tank with 200 armor and 200 magic resistance jumps to being a 8000 health tank with 240 armor&MR for 4 seconds, if they then have aftershock then that´s another huge boost to durability and if they then have something more.......you´d need a Vayne to kill that anytime soon and any lesser melee competing in durability will be long dead.

Wait, Gargoyle with crit cloak? Stopwatch and its rune are good for punishing dives, and we kinda need something to punish dives

Make item 3191 active like item 3140 a 120s CD and we are good to go.

Ok so yeah my idea had flaws, my point was Stopwatch was lazy design for mages. They could have easily put the active on Seekers Armguard. My point was stopwatch shouldn't be an ability that everyone (Including tanks) can use. Keep it on the mages. I'm not saying remove Zhonya's. I'm not saying remove the active ability. I'm saying put it somewhere else. 12 minutes into the game, if a mage is against an assassin. 1500-1600 gold should easily be made by then, so there's nothing really lost?
