PBE Pulsefire Shen
I think there's a bug with Shen on the PBE where his Dash doesn't taunt. Multiple times I hit my Dash, and the taunt doesn't go off. Idk if this has to deal with the Pulsefire skin or not, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Just gave it a spin, same here - it works if the final part of the taunt is on the target, but the dash itself doesn't work. Which is weird because the bug wasn't there in the last patch even on Pulsefire.
It's a bug with normal Shen too.
At this point there's not really much done about it after several years of reminding Riot it exists, so there's not much use mentioning it anymore, at least in my opinion.
I usually avoid it by trying to do point blank dashes so that it happens less, though, and it helps. Hope it helps you as well. :)
