Create a champ, overtune it's numbers, release it, Allow the champ to dominate for 1 or 2 months until riot is satisfied with the money they received from the champ and its skin. Then nerf it to oblivious. AND REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT

I think out of the new champions released, none of them are all that powerful if we are to follow the numbers anyway, in fact, out of recently, the only champion to even see decent amount of win rate and playrate is the reworked Mordekaiser.

Yeah no. That never happens. Kai'Sa has been consistently good, pyke is pretty ok, ornn is strong, neeko is fine,Qiyana is ok too good, xayah has been consistently good, rakan is fine.

Who are you talking about? Yuumi? she had other problems mainly with counter play. There hasn't been a new champion consistently bad.
