Lee Sin and Yasuo need to be nerfed.

Honestly what were you thinking over buffing lee sin. He can build one Ad item and the rest tank yet he can still one shot you. When his Q lands, Pray to god that you won't die because in most cases you will... He is supposed to be a high skill champ. Because of how overturned he is right now he doesn't even require any skill just to execute any target. Just revert the buffs on Lee sin and that's it. Secondly Yasuo... Yasuo is too safe at laning phase. The amount of times people reply back saying Yasuo is a high skill level champ so he needs this toxic kit and the dmg. People claim for Yasuo to be a hyper carry at late game but he has a strong early game. He also has a strong mid game and even late. Look at Kassadin, kayle and other scaling champ. They have a very weak early game with no defences. But it is to compensate for their deadly late game. Yasuo has a passive shield which rewards him for walking which has no CD at all. And a Windwall which allows him to be safe at the early game. His Q almost has no CD so he can spam it any time. Tbh don't get why Yasuo mains think he has a weak early game when he does not really. To balance his early out I suggest reducing his base armour and magic resist by 4, reduce his base health by 20 and Hp per level. You may think thats a huge nerf but its not. He has a windwall and a shield to help him out. Make it that after his shield is gone it has a cool down of 5 seconds. After the 5 seconds he can get the shield when his " FLOW" goes up (Like normally.) Reduce his base Ad by 5 and reduce his Ad per level. This will actually make Yasuo have some weakness early game. Then he can scale to his deadly late game.

My point is that it shouldn't be fair for any champion who has a very strong late game to have a very strong early game.

He doesn't have a strong late game though?

He falls off like a rock.
