Give Battle Boss skin to someone else instead of yasuo

I mean this 'skin' (more of a chroma) looks so awful its laughable, why wouldn't you just give it to Vel'Koz or someone who it would look decent on? I mean I main yas and normally people get hyped when they see a new skin for their main but I think I had the exact opposite reaction.
