yeah riot its pretty hard to tell if hes trolling, I understand why he isnt getting banned or anything.... its okay, I appreciate the effort.

Ask him to link his ping, and FPS next time. FPS above 30, and ping below 200 means, that he intentionally ran into 5.
200 ping is 0,2s. delay. Counting both lines it's maximum 0,4s. effective delay. Enough to miss pretty much everything, but not justifies bad decisions.
