another yi skin -_-

It's very well-known that Riot's skin team do what they please, and it finally doesn't frustrate me. There are a ton of cool skins that have been very high quality in the last couple of years. Maybe they're just trying to do the champion/skin justice. I'm optimistic, at least.

Also, I'm biased, but I really like the Yi skin. Not too long ago the only skins with VFX/SFX were Project: Yi and Chosen YI (SFX only).
