Twisted Fate needs a gameplay update.

He's one of the oldest, original champions that brought League of Legends to relevance. It's true that there are still some of the originals that still need and are going to be getting a visual&gameplay update, such as Nunu soon coming up, but none of those original champions have been plagued with a terrible inconsistency like Fate has with the randomness of his W, or how is Q tries covering this large range instead of being a skill missle shot.

Honestly though, I'm just really disappointed with the lack of creavity Riot has showcased with Twisted Fate. I always thought he was cool because of how he reminded me of Gambit, I know their powersets are nowhere near similar. Don't even get me started with how unrewarding, not to mention how totally random (teleportation? he's got all these card skills, and his R is that?) his ultimate feels....

2 second stun with a 3 second cooldown

he's overpowered and can perma cc you all by himself

If you're interested, I actually made a concept for this just a few days ago. It may not be what you want out of Twisted Fate (it does keep his ult, after all), but it seemed to be fairly well liked, so maybe you'll be swayed. :P

What is this post? It sounds like "I don't know/understand how TF works so I'm just going to say 'rework him' despite him dumpstering people in the right hands."

I think the only thing in his kit that could use a change, it would be his E. It's just kind of dull, especially now that everyone has a "hit four times for burst damage" passive, usually built into another skill. They could easily add it to his Q and give him a new E.
