Losing Series Because of Riots Client

So im in my series or whatever to get inti gold, and ofcourse in my first game, the game crashes while in loading screen. Then of course this counts as me afk and i automatically lose my first game in the series. Its not just that it crashed its that it happens all the time randomly with ne real reason for it happening. And its not like the game just shuts down or anything, it makes it so i cannot escape the loading screen under any circumstances as if league is some virus and i have to restart my computer to resolve the issue

Furthermore the NEXT game i try to play, my own teamates bans my champ (was gonna play ahri mid) because, and i quote, “for fun”. I would have dodged but ofcourse that would count as another loss. And then our garen proceeds to ask if he can take my mid with 10 seconds left till loading screen

Why does league purposely put people in situations where they cant progress by no fault of their own?
