Suspicious/Hacked Accounts requesting to friend me

so yesterday i was given a random friend request from a player named 1 Kit 1 Kat 1 and when i clicked on their profile they had no match history and were lvl 12 only. When i hover over their name in the chat box, it says they are lvl 69 and are in Diamond elo. There was another account like this who requested to friend me, but i have not accepted them. That player's name is NellyMLGnb and they too are lvl 12 without any match history. What's up with these accounts?
