Just a thought, in order to limit LB’s mobility, add the Zed W effect where zed needs to be in a certain range within his shadow to switch places, this would prevent LB from presssing w r and and zoning you away from her w and instantly teleporting herself half way across the map in one click
Right now, LeBlanc gets a 4s grace period where she can blink back to her original location through Distortion after a 0.2s delay. I'd much rather it'd be a 3s grace period after a 1s delay, so that you're allowed to capitalize on LeBlanc's aggression.
I'd rather her Distortion have a unique setback instead of being an imitation of Zed's W.

As stated above, I'd rather have a shorter window for her to go back than a delay for her go back
This would be great that way she has to t go back to her R first and not do 2 jumps trough 2 walls one shot you and be back at fountain by pressing W
