Why are NA players terrible?

This isn't me saying that ALL NA players are terrible, this is just saying a majority of us are. Why is it that whenever we come across something like a Korean build or Vietnamese build that we have a hard time grasping the concept of it. I myself on an alt was just in an aram with a "Vietnamese Meta Sion" as the guy called it. But when we play against these builds they are so broken that you can't fight them, but when you try them out yourself they are extremely underpowered.

Am I right or am I just thinking too much into this?

a good amount of things work out better there than here because how games go is generally different, kinda like how early game builds are better there because a early ff or open lane is very common due to most not playing at home so they tend to ff or open to end a losing game out right away to squeeze more matches into the time they have. ya they're generally better but as far as servers go na and euw are tied in the middle ground of overall sever skill level by most peoples standards so we definitely arent bad by any means

Look in a mirror and you'll find the answer.

And provide some context so you can actually make a point. What was the build, what were you fighting, why are you even asking about an ARAM game when that means nothing for balance?
