I just unlocked Orianna Recently and I really like her, but I seem to be struggling against opponents like: Veigar, Heimerdinger, Akali, Zed, Syndra, Lissandra, Lux, Diana, Kayn
Any tips on how to play? I've had several people say go Flash and Barrier and a few others say Flash and Teleport. I would prefer an Orianna Mains opinion here!
assassins like 
are always going to give you issues because they are assassins that stick to you, not ideal for a mid lane mage, checks and balances my friend.

if you are struggling or think you will, just know that doesn't have any ap so your going to be really hurting your damage output in return for something that makes it impossible for them to 100-0 you with their ults (unless they are THAT fed).
would consider 
later on in the game as it will block every 40 seconds and provides pretty good stats, i say later in the game because is more likely to be not as good during the laning phase since you get 1 every 40 seconds and laning is just constantly trading with one another for a extended period of time. When everyone starts roaming around the map, would be the good time to pick this up, especially against hard cc champions that are hell bent on locking you down to do anything ( 
) maybe get it during laning against since he can't win that fight unless he ults.
isn't someone you should be really losing to as orianna
relies on his e, if you position yourself poorly then no matter what champion you are playing, you are going to have a really bad time, veigar does well against people who are newer. You'll eventually figure out how not to get trapped in his e as often.
skill match up, for its much more difficult at least in my experience because she can just zone you with her q+e+r. will just play passive all lane and poke with w. wait for you to get caught out, shes almost like in that regard but way easier to deal with in lane.
So I always play Orianna when I go mid and vs Syndra her q is really telegraphed so when she comes near you to q dodge it and harass with q w and maybe e. Also vs Zed try to constantly be moving so he can't poke you out of lane and since he's melee try to q w him when he comes up to attack minions.
Always get Exhaust against assassins.
