Tips for remaining cool-headed?

So I am a big fan of league (Aren't we all?) and I have had this issue for quite a long time. I have been around for a while (I believe since Haunted Zyra came out or was it Weather Janna?) and have noticed that I seem to let my rage get the best of me, often times leading me to say things I regret or don't mean. Its just little things that can set me off too: Heimerdinger on Top lane when I play Garen, or a Jungle Cho'Gath who doesn't gank when you are being outplayed. Also not to mention the mistakes of others but still. I understand that, as humans, we make mistakes, but this rage I feel everytime someone does is really starting to make me feel like a jerk. Any suggestions on how to remain calm and cool? Note: I should also mention I am a very competitive player and always have been for quite a long time since I first played Digimon World 3 on the PS

At this point it's good to duo or just mute your whole team

I can't believe ppl in my Elo still play adc without knowing how to orbwalk

The only problem with that though is I have too many friends, and all of them know I rage, A lot and now they don't want to play with me because I raged so much. I managed to keep most of my rage down but sometimes it still pops up.

You can't improve if you're always tilting. Choke one out after a loss and queue up again.

Oh no, losing isn't the problem for me, but you are right, nobody improves if they tilt.

Pick champions you can play and understand them mechincally

Same I'm feeling salty after a losing streak

I usually blame myself for not being able to carry that we all have bad games

Or take a break off lol Try HoS to Blow Off some Steam

I'm salty. I simply accept it, it doesn't carry over to the next game. Ill say my piece, win or lose, and go to the next game. Probably isn't helpful advice.
