Is Kat supposed to be able to E out of Yasuos ult and take no damage?

Title speaks for itself. Ulted with as Yasuo and at the end of the animation she E'd away and took no damage. Is this intended to be this way? I don't play Yasuo much just for fun here and there so don't know if this is suppose to happen or not.

u know how tristana and ezreal can buffer their jumps to get out of cc because they have cast times?

kat can do the same thing, except her jump has the shortest cast time possible in this game. a kat with extremely low ping can consistently buffer jump out of cc

maybe she buffer jumped and you just didn't see the dmg

She probably just buffered e'd/normal e'd out of your ult and took damage and you just didn't notice.
