Kill counter displayed on champ or emote

Basically got the idea from COD. You can have your total kills with that gun displayed on it and it changes in real time.

Think it would be cool if there was some way to display your total kills ever/seasonal with each different champion on them somewhere. Some would be easier like champs with capes. Or maybe a emote that displays the kills? One idea to enable the feature you would have to get mastery 7 first then do something equivalent to "mastery 8" but it instead, gives you the ability to display your total kill count.

Another idea for displaying kill counts since they will get high is maybe display them in increments of 1 per 100 or 1,000 kills.
