Esports replay overlays like in football but better

So who is the Riot person or persons that keeps doing the really awesome overlays. Like the circles around a person showing off a play like in football, and yesterdays game when they showed cassopias ult where it was going and the range. There was a really cool segment with one of the casters where they were put into the rift to show the play by play. (That was so freaking amazing!)

I think all this is cool and we dont see it enough. Are you guys trying dif things out here and there to see how it goes? Im loving it and hope to see more stuff. Also how hard is it to do this during a live game. You guys don't get much time if you do it in a instant replay.
