Offensive club names/tags

Is it ok to have clan names like %%%%%s Stole My Bike with a tag of %%%%%$. If not, why doesn't riot do anything against this? I suppose the clan names are part of a database, it really should not be hard to check them.

Edit: Apparently riot can censor on boards but not in game, the clan tags refer to african americans using the n word.
