TFT Cannot q up for new game if game didn't end yet

Basically the title, have this problem since the release of the original TFT, opened couple of discussions about it, and tickets, still no answer, just opening another one in hopes, maybe a rioter is bored of scrolling through facebook, or farting in women's faces, and accidentally is doing his job.
