Attempt to Join Queue failed

Hi guys,

for a while now, maybe 1 or 2 weeks, every time I don't finish 1st or 2nd, I exit the game, and try to get in a new one, I get "Attempt to Join Queue failed", and need to relog to be able to q up. This starts to get kind of frustrating right now, is this only happening to me?

This is happening to me as well, it's very frustrating because I like to hop back in the queue for the next match! :(
