Quality of Life changes suggestions for the store

1. When you click "show owned" on a skin or chroma or champion, make it so that you can see their price as well. Sometimes a friend will ask me to recommend a skin and also their price, and it's somewhat frustrating to not be able to see the price if I forgot and then have to search it up instead of just seeing the price when clicking show owned.
2. Be able to categorize skins in the store by sets just like in the collection. Sometimes people like organization, including myself. For example, me and my friends wanted to 5 man in an organized blood moon skin set. If there was organization by sets, it would be easier to say who does who instead of having to type in Blood Moon. Please make this for chromas too.
3. Make chromas cost Blue essence. I really liked the idea of having chromas cost BE when the BE market first opened, and ever since then I just feel like I'm wasting RP every time I use it on a chroma. I know that the market comes back every season, but still, I feel like this wouldn't really change much of Riot's income and would be a positive upgrade for everyone.
4. Have 3 refunds per SEASON instead of 3 refunds overall. I've already used all my refunds, and now I feel incredibly bad every time I go into my account knowing that I don't have any left.
5. Make emotes cheaper. Emotes cost a little bit much. They should at max cost 250 like summoner icons, considering that they're really just accessories in the end. They're fun to use, but I wish they were easier to obtain RP-wise.

I know these are all small little changes, but I think they'd be good and something we'd all enjoy.
