Im so happy.

I remenber how i feel when i read riot was taking away fiora movement speed r , a champ i love so much , getting from god tier to tier C , making her almost unplayable , i was so sad , and i stop playing her , since she doesnt feel anymore like she have a R.

But today i saw this on pbe: Fiora Grand Challenge (R) [has changes on the PBE inc. a new effect relating to DD. There is now the issue she ll be op as fuck if u change this without nerfing anything else , so pls listen boards , and remove W AS slow, and more mana q early game , W should be an amazing way to outplay others and win the trades, fail it should mean u automatically lose the trade , but with dat as slow it was worth even if u dont parry so pls delete this. I know there a few fiora mains dat say that as slow is necesary to win some match up , and its true , but a hypercarry champ should have counterpicks, and right now (before nerf) it was like pick pantheon or automatically lose toplane.
