New LeBlanc relies on gimmicks like Gunblade to make a more efficient use of her slower kit. That's not exactly the vision I can imagine was prepared when rolling out the rework. I do agree, she is healthier after the nerfs. Her old kit was certainly less deception, and more annoyance. But she had her counterplay, and she had her strengths. And it certainly wasn't to rely on an item, or a pumped up Ryze E passive while making her mobility deal basically nothing. Nothing is actually Shacos E. 5 base damage is overpowered.

Reworks that end up spiraling through a slope of hoops and trials are either capable of all that hard work paying off, or not. If not, like LeBlancs, Kogs, up until now Malzahars, and Zacs reworks -- then I know it is a sunk cost. But reverting and starting again, should be an acceptable decision for a privately owned company. We do appreciate the work put into the game, but sometimes it was misdirected and can be a learning experience or used in elements for others.

We ask Riot to do a lot of things, but everything has both meetings, and red tape. Not only does it take awhile, but anything that had money put into it -- such as paying the teams who do the reworks for those months of work-- has to go through a lot of hurdles even to go back and pass through a lot of people and paperwork. Hence why it is rare. Just more work even going back, and then to begin working anew. Can't blame them for not doing it unless it's horribly hurting.

she is healtier because she isnt the same champ , i prefer oldl lb super nerfed than this lb overpowered

Honestly, if they did a revert, and placed the damage into E while removing some from Q and W -- I think it would still be better than both old LeBlanc, and new LeBlanc. It changes the old one a bit, but not so incredibly that you feel as if it's a chore to play the champion like their playstyle was hybridized into waves and extended trading.

You just made old LeBlanc healthier from that one idea of making the skillshot do more damage and the targeted do less. Can even make the Q mark slow, and the E just be like a skillshot Karma E with more damage. A champion with such mobility doesn't even need the slow to be powerful, just scaling up. There are so many small ways to modify old LeBlanc to be better but still improve upon the design. The new one was just too much imo, and they nerfed her for it until the skill ceiling had a stepping stool of items.

only if she becomes OP, it's become clear from kog`maw and malzahar that they only get 90% reverted if they have to get nerfed patch after patch after patch constantly

that means we have a chance since she have been nerfed one million times

Hopefully she doesn't become the next Ryze...

Not a full revert, that's for sure off of past examples.

with change pasive and damage of w im fine , r is ok keep it , pasive and nerf w , dont come back

The only reason Kog got reverted is because his old design was at least inoffensive. Old LB was one of the most broken champs ever at multiple times in her history.

NO for the love of Teemo.

Honestly, I'm fairly sure they only reverted kog'maw because he was singlehandedly making on hit items impossible to balance. And so trying to bring him in line would have shattered an entire set of items champions use.
