Im happy that Akali got a skin but tbh I'd rather have a different skinline. I was hoping for Pool Party or SG. This might mean that Quinn is getting a SG skin though.

Quinn and Valor need some much needed love, and lets be honest it would be so easy for Riot to change that name and give Valor the recognition he was supposed to receive from the get go, especially considering they've done no different for a glorified mount (yeh, I said it, no take-backs). They need a rework that gives them an actually unique experience, and is designed to give them both an intrinsic importance to the "whole".
Honestly, though, I'd just love a Project/Star Guardian skin. Lots of potential with them, I think.
Sadly a theme as popular as project will never go to a niche champ like Quinn. I think the Riot from a few years ago would have been open to doing it, but these days they've been shoving popular themes onto as many popular champs as they can regardless of whether it's a good fit or not. They're being completely shameless about repeating champs now too. I don't think I've ever seen them prioritize moneymakers as aggressively as they have in the last two years.

I would much rather a skin for Quinn be from a different skin line. I would really like an infernal Quinn so that Valor can be a phoenix.

Plus, the story concept behind it would be amazing! A tale beginning with heroics that immediately turn to sorrow and despair as Valor is mortally wounded and dying in Quinn's arms. Someone from the shadows offers Quinn a chance to save Valor's life, but Valor would undergo a very drastic change in physical appearance. This offer would also include Quinn to undergo the change. Quinn would naturally ask why her too and the response would be simple: they both fight as one. If both undergo the procedure together at the same time, their natural teamwork would reach to such an incredibly high level, that it would be as if they truly were a single entity. Foreshadowing? Quite possibly maybe...
This is just something I came up with pretty quick. I hope it's a concept that would work for this skin on Quinn (if it ever were to exist).

I'm kinda bummed out with the line up PROJECT: skins this year.
I see overlap between PROJECT: Akali and Headhunter Akali and Pyke are okay with me Warwick and Jinx.. don't really make sense to me. I feel like they just "needed" another gun champion in the PROJECT: scene and Jinx was the only humanoid one left. And Warwick? I suppose it makes sense if Riot wants to push the PROJECT corporation into a Killing Floor 2 motif then I guess we can expect a "cyber zombie survival" RGM with the release of these skins.
:/ IMO there's not enough cool colors for the PROJECT: skins so Quinn and Talon would have been great additions in purple and blue. I can only assume it's a half-hearted attemped to sell chroma bundles and create an emerald giveaway.
I'll admit I was hoping for a PROJECT: Talon skin and wasn't really stoked to see Warwick, Jinx, and Akali as the chosen candidates.
