Key Order + Self Cast

Could Riot make that the key order doesn´t matter? For example: If I want to self cast an ability, I have to press alt first and then the key of the ability. Pressing the ability first and then alt won´t do anything. Could they change it so I can still press alt after using the ability to self cast it on me? (This is not only useful for self cast but also for other things someone would use a key combo for.)

And perhaps give us a function where it automatically self casts when no ally is selected? (Perhaps it already exists as an option but didn´t find it.)

There is that function already.

If you put all abilities on "Smart + Self cast" hot keys, your abilities will automatically cast on yourself if your cursor is not on a valid target. And on Smart, it's instant with the tap of the button. If you want to be able to have a window where you might change your mind mid reaction, add "with indicator" toggle to all smart casting. There may be hotkeys for that variant as well but it allows you to hold down the assigned hotkey so you can select a target a little more carefully.
