Make these toxics, afk'ers and etc get punished so they stay the fuck out of rotating gamemodes and they're banished from them until they get back to honor 2. Will make playing these 200% much more enjoyable.

afk should be flagged like KYS. If someones like i'm going afk. report insta ban instead of just a low priority queue
