Can you remove Zilean's ultimate?
It's bullshit. Zac and Aatrox's are fine because it's tied to a passive and doesn't revive to full + it's only able to happen to themselves.

I used to main Zilean for a bit. His ultimate has a shorter cooldown than most but its longer than it used to be. His W no longer reduces the cooldown timer on his ultimate.
And if you're having trouble with Zilean using his ultimate on his teammates, why not focus Zilean himself? I used to hate when I got focused as Zilean because it would force me to use the revive on myself instead of someone who was actually important. The ADC will be attacking you the whole time, but if you're the tank you most likely have more armor than MR. Kill Zilean, then go after the ADC while Zilean revives himself. Force the ADC to move AWAY from Zilean. That way you isolate them both and go after the one who is more vulnerable. That's what worked best against me when I played as Zilean.
Zil's ult doesn't revive to full unless he has a shitload of AP and the target has low hp max.
I hated him back in the day, but at this point there's so many other things to worry about that Zilean doesn't even register on the bottom of the list.
The buff he gives only lasts a couple of seconds and even if it fails it still goes on the full cooldown. Just don't kill the person he uses it on until after it wears off.
Failing that, while being revived they will have to stay in the same spot on the ground. Push the enemy team back and surround the spot the person will come back at and CC them immediately.
Zilean ults Yi. Welp, I can die to the Yi, or I can kill the Yi twice. Bonus points if he has GA.

What would a bomb throwing old man with a clock glued to his back have as an actual ult.. seriously.. he is kinda of a design mishmash.
It's annoying sure. But Zilean does little else that's actually effective in game. He can make you level up faster, sure which is AMAZING in duo lanes. But the Klepto Keystone can give you an whole extra skill point early on. That can make a huge difference.
When the enemy is with a zilean, they get SUPER cocky. At this point it's now a matter of countering the stupid amount of revives there is. The best way you can do this is to LET the enemy get so cocky, they push themselves too far. If you're a good enough player, you CAN AND WILL see this, and you WILL take the advantage when you see it.
That's why I play champions like Mundo and Singed. Doesn't matter how low on HP I get that I can still secure kills in lane. All because I know when the enemy gets too cocky for their own good and when to capitalize on it.
After all, MOBAS are about countering everything. Counter enemy champions, counter tactics, counter their mistakes. Everything.
But if you're super-biased towards him, absolutely nothing anyone says will ACTUALLY help you.
