What's up with this?

So every time I win a game, and no one on my team says anything negative to the enemy or taunts them, and sometimes we have some friendly words with some of the enemy team about good plays and close calls there's always this one guy that has to say "lul you guys are so bad" or something. I feel like it's something an insecure person says. Apparently you have to be bad at the game to win. O.o
