Passive: Damage values of any champion currently in the game change randomly

Q: Increase the damage value of all champions in the game W: Nerf all towers in the game E: Rework Ryze. If Ryze is not in the game, this ability is replaced by an extra emote slot. R: All male champions, upon death, don't respawn until after 2 minutes and 30 seconds have passed.

EDIT: Super secret not so secret now hidden but revealed passive: If a player bans this champion in champion select that player is banned for the remainder of his life or for 200 years, whichever happens to expire first.

This isn't finished, the kit is too simple. For example, the Q could be:

"Increase the damage value of all champions in the game, if a champion wearing purple is in your vicinity they receive the trait "Ritoed" . A champion which is Ritoed will deal greater damage to champions who wear red but take more damage from champions who wear leather. Any champion in you vicinity who is not wearing purple will have the trait "DKlein". When a champion has "DKlein" they deal 100% greater damage to male champions for 2.3 seconds after the first attack but gain the trait " Fired" for for 2.3 seconds after "DKlein" ends. "Ritoed", "DKlein", "Fired" scale with movement spead, gold in inventory and wards placed."

This seems more like it.

W's active part should be a true stealth dash with the cooldown of 1 second. With a massive AoE burst after finishing the dash.

E Passive Part 1: At 10 minutes all enemies going even or winning in a lane other than the one Rioter is in immediately die.

E Passive Part 2: At 11 minutes if part 1 of Rioter's passive has not activated, all enemies immediately die and Rioter wins the game.

E Passive Part 3: If part 1 of Rioter's passive has activated, anytime an enemy respawns they immediately die again.

the towers are already worthless and very weak they dont need to be nerfed at all they be to be doing more dmg or what the purpose of having them in the first place
